Semester 1 Final Exams are right around the corner, taking place Tuesday through Thursday, December 16–18. As we head into the home stretch, now’s a great time for students to review their schedules, organize their materials, and set themselves up for a smooth, successful week.
What Students Need to Remember
Know Your Exam Locations:
Click HERE to view the week’s exam schedule. Check the schedule and location details posted around campus so you’re clear on the room and time for each test. Some exams may be held in different classrooms than usual.
Bring the Right Supplies:
Have everything you need on hand — pencils, calculators, and any course-specific materials. If your exam requires a device, make sure it’s fully charged and consider bringing a portable charger.
Cell Phone Policy Still Applies:
All phones and electronic devices must remain secured in cell phone pouches while on campus. Please be sure to bring your pouch each day.
Stay the Full Time:
Students are required to remain in their exam room for at least the first 70 minutes. Use that time to double-check your work and pace yourself. Students only need to be on campus when they have an exam scheduled, and may depart once they have completed their last exam of the day.
Wear Your Uniform:
School uniforms are required throughout Finals Week.
If You’re Absent:
Final exams may not be taken early. Students who miss an exam will receive an “Incomplete” and will make up their finals in January. To coordinate arrangements, contact Beth Romero at b_romero@mhs-hs.org.
LAP Students:
LAP finals will be held in the Commons and AC-217. Mr. Huynh will share details directly, and you can reach out to him with any questions.
