Don't Miss Out – Free Student Physicals All Summer Long
Planning to play sports at Maranatha next school year? Whether you’re returning to the field or trying something new, a current physical is required before participating.
To make it easy, we’ve partnered again with Exer Urgent Care to offer FREE physicals for all Maranatha students, available by appointment now through August 31.

✅ Appointments only—walk-ins may be charged a fee
✅ Valid physicals must be on file to participate in summer practices or tryouts

Here’s what to do:
- Download the Exer flyer (HERE) for instructions
- Bring the MHS Physical Evaluation Form (HERE) to your appointment
- Submit the signed form via myMHS or email to Synclaire Hamilton
Prefer your family physician? That works too—just make sure the form is fully completed and submitted before the school year begins.
