Are You Ready to Play? Schedule Your Free Athletic Physical Today!
Planning to play a sport at Maranatha next year? Don’t forget—every student-athlete needs a current physical evaluation on file before stepping onto the field, court, or track.
To make this process easier, we’ve partnered once again with Exer Urgent Care to offer FREE physicals for Maranatha students all summer long! Free physicals are available by appointment from May 1 to August 31. Appointments scheduled outside this window or walk-in visits may incur a fee.
Here’s how to take advantage:
- Download the Exer flyer (HERE) for appointment instructions.
- Bring Maranatha’s Physical Evaluation Form (HERE) to your visit and have it completed by the physician.
- Submit the signed form via the Medical Summary Form in myMHS or email it directly to Synclaire Hamilton.
Prefer to use your family doctor instead? No problem—just make sure the form is fully completed and submitted before the school year starts. Remember, physicals are valid for one calendar year.
