Athletics News and Game Schedule: Oct. 13-18

Last Thursday, we celebrated Senior Night for Girls’ Volleyball, where we honored Sarah Paterson and Bentley Shupper in the team’s first league win of the season against Whittier Christian. On Friday night, we held our annual Homecoming and Hall of Fame game, a wonderful event that celebrated and recognized our Homecoming Court and the 2025 Hall of Fame Inductees. The pre-game and halftime performances were fantastic, and it was our most attended game of the season. We are grateful for the support that makes events like these possible! Football: Following a close 34-41 game against Western Christian last Friday night, the Minutemen head into the week with a league opponent, Arrowhead Christian, on their schedule as they look to bounce back on Friday, October 17. 

 

Girls’ Tennis remains undefeated at 12-0 after a win over Whittier Christian last week. The team now heads to Valley Christian on Thursday for a 2:30 pm start time. Good luck, Ladies!

 

Cross Country is preparing for their Olympic League Meet #2, scheduled for Friday, October 17, at Ralph B. Clark Park in Buena Park.  

 

Girls’ Golf celebrated Senior Night on Monday for Ellie Thompson, Ella Klop, and Lola Sanchez. The team now faces Pomona Catholic on Thursday at Mountain Meadows Golf Course at 3:30 pm for their final match before their league prelims and finals, which are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday of next week!
