Athletes: Don’t Miss Your Free Physicals This Summer
Maranatha requires that all students who will be playing a sport during the school year have a physical evaluation. We have partnered with Exer Urgent Care for FREE physicals for our student-athletes.
Families should download Exer's flyer (HERE), which has instructions for how to make an appointment. You must take our Physical Evaluation form (HERE) with you to the appointment and have it completed by the physician. Then, return the form to Maranatha. You'll be able to upload it in the Medical Summary Form in myMHS this summer, or email it to Synclaire Hamilton.
The physicals are free of charge between May 1 to August 31 when an appointment is made. Walk-ins or appointments made outside of this time frame have a cost associated with them. Parents are welcome to make an appointment with their student's primary doctor if they prefer.
Physicals are good for one calendar year.
