Athletics News & Game Schedule: Sept. 5-9
Check out the upcoming athletic events for this week.
The Maranatha Football Team was victorious on Friday night with their latest win, defeating the Garey High School Vikings with a final score of 56-28. The Minutemen are currently 2-1 for the season, and are set to face Corona High School Panthers on Thursday night at 7:30 pm at Corona HS. Please note the adjusted game time for this away game.
The Varsity Girls’ Volleyball Team will be taking part in the Whittier High School Cardinal Classic Tournament this weekend. Games are set to take place on Friday and Saturday.
The Varsity Girls’ Tennis Team is currently 2-0 after wins over Pasadena and San Gabriel High School last week, and have two competitions scheduled for this week.
Cross Country is preparing to participate in the Woodbridge Classic event this Saturday, Sept. 9, in Irvine.
