Performing and Visual Arts

The arts are one of the most powerful vehicles for mankind to reflect the inner life, communicate meaning, and respond to the world around us. At Maranatha High School, we believe that the visual and performing arts are essential components of a well-rounded, Christ-centered education. They not only enrich students’ lives but also help cultivate character, purpose, and spiritual insight.

Our visual and performing arts programs are guided by two core objectives. First, to instill in all students a shared understanding and appreciation for the transformative power and importance of the arts. And second, for those who feel called to pursue the arts more deeply, to equip them to do so with excellence, according to an informed and responsible Christian worldview.
