A Night of Unparalleled Fun at the 2018 Benefit Gala
“Lights...Camera...Auction!” is the theme for the 2018 Gala, so come dressed in your best Hollywood Oscar-worthy attire as you walk the red carpet and enter the Westin Pasadena.
Maranatha’s 2018 Benefit Gala is the school’s most important and largest fundraising event of the year and promises to be an extraordinary evening! The festivities take place on Saturday, March 3, 2018. The Gala will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a reception, live music, and silent auction, followed by dinner and live auction at 7:00 p.m., and dancing at 8:30 p.m.
The proceeds from this event will help fund exciting new enhancements to the school’s technology program. The highlight of those enhancements will be a newly constructed Technology Center to house robotics, 3D printing, two computer labs, and more, and will provide students with cutting-edge tools and resources to develop skills for the careers of tomorrow.
Your support of the Benefit Gala will help put these new tools into the hands of our students. There are several ways you can help ensure the success of the event. Numerous, exciting auction items have already been donated for the evening’s live and silent auctions. But there is still time to donate to the auction. If you have a beach home, cabin, frequent flier miles, or other vacation-oriented items you’d like to donate the use of, or belong to a private golf club, etc. we would love to discuss how this could enhance our auction. If you are interested in helping to underwrite the cost of the event, a limited number of sponsorships are still available. Finally, if you have not yet purchased your tickets for the Benefit Gala, we encourage you to do so soon as seating is limited. Have you considered partnering with some of your friends to purchase a table of ten? For example, a baseball parent might wish to coordinate with some of the other parents from the team.
