Have You Scheduled a Physical for Your Student-Athlete?

Maranatha High School has partnered with Exer Urgent Care to offer free physicals to our student-athletes. Maranatha students can schedule a physical at either their La Cañada or Pasadena clinic. While our pre-selected dates are June 9-12, due to an error with their scheduling procedure, Exer will accommodate Maranatha student appointments on any available date. 

 

All sign-ups must be done through the Exer website using the QR codes on this flyer. 

 

Click HERE to download and print the physical form that parents need to take with them to the appointment to be completed by the medical staff.  Parents are asked to return the completed form to and return to the Athletic Department.
