MHS Dance Company News and Tryouts

In previous years, Maranatha’s Dance Team and Dance Company have been separate performance groups. We are excited to announce that going forward these teams will merge into one intermediate/advanced level performance group. This will result in more diversity in our dance styles, and the reduction of after-school practice hours. Our performance opportunities will include football games, school community events, Winter Showcase, and Spring Showcase. The main styles we focus on are jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, and ballet. If you have other commitments (cheer, dance studio, etc.), please contact Mrs. Peabody at l_peabody@mhs-hs.org to discuss accommodations. We can't wait to see the skills YOU offer to the team!

Performances - Football games, School Community gatherings, Winter Showcase, Spring Showcase.

Practices - During school in the Dance Company elective. Practices outside of school hours are required for performances only.
