PA Presentation Now Available

Pastor John Williams, Director of the Racial Reconciliation Ministry at Fellowship Monrovia Church, presented on the importance of speaking to our children about race, racism, and racial justice.  

He reminded us that we, as Christians, are called to the ministry of reconciliation. In his presentation, he emphasized the long-term impact parental silence has on a child's perception of discussing race, and he gave several concrete how-to's. Pastor Williams also provided a PDF of these how-to's. The document, along with a video recording of the presentation, will be available for Maranatha parents on their myMHS “groups” page (under Parent Association).
