Learn Why We C.A.R.E.
Just over a year ago, Maranatha High School launched the C.A.R.E. Team in order to create safe spaces and inviting conversations where students can discuss race and culture.
On Wednesday, April 14 at 8:00 am, the Parent Association will host a conversation with Maranatha faculty members Dr. James Layton and Jason Wang, two of the founding members of the Culture and Race Empowerment (C.A.R.E.) Team. Every Maranatha parent is invited to attend this special presentation titled “Why We C.A.R.E.”
The meeting will be presented online via Zoom, and will also feature relevant updates from the school and the Parent Association. You may access the Zoom webinar HERE.
