The Power of Parents Praying Together
The Parent Association has a caring arm and dedicated group you can join to give and receive prayer and build our community of faith. Take inspiration from this reminder in Matthew 18:20 “...where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them”.
“When you pray over the school, you begin to see it differently. You see it with an eternal perspective - through Jesus’ eyes," said Jane Podrebarac, Prayer and Care Chair. "We are trusting our children’s education to God and trusting Him. Acknowledging Him and seeing Him work through all circumstances, even a pandemic.” In the act of prayer, we embrace dependence on God for all that we need, and in the process, we build faith by trusting Him for the results.
Maranatha's Prayer and Care Team invites you to join in weekly prayer options:
- Parents in Prayer is on Tuesdays at 8:00 am for 40 minutes.
- Prayer Walk (even virtually) is on Fridays at 8:15 for 20-30 minutes.
