Maranatha's Tech Help is Ready to Serve You

With all teachers and students currently participating in classes online, we know technology issues are bound to arise. Whether you are struggling with your MHS password, Zoom issues, iPad challenges, or other tech problems, Maranatha's dedicated Information Technology Department is here to serve you! 
The IT Department is managed by Tim Parent and also includes two System Support Technicians -- Joe Ramos and Neil Barizo. When technology issues arise, simply email and describe the problem you are experiencing. Once your request is received, the team assigns a ticket number to your request, which helps them track the progress of the issue and ensure it is resolved in a timely manner. Due to the transition to distance learning, we have received a much greater than usual surge of help requests. We ask for your understanding and patience as our technicians work through the situation. Tech Help will respond to your request for assistance and make sure you get back on track as soon as possible!
