Return to Campus Updates

07-17-2020 update

As many of you may know already, at a noon press conference today, Governor Newsom mandated that both public and private schools close on-campus learning until their county is off the monitoring list for 14 consecutive days.
According to these new guidelines, we will open school remotely on August 14. We are disappointed by this development and will certainly update you as any conditions change.

Our dedicated Return to Campus Team has been working tirelessly on both our hybrid learning model and our protocols to open a healthy campus. At the same time, we have also been preparing for the possibility that we would be forced into remote learning.

Next week we will send you the details of starting school under the Governor's orders. It will include some of the features of our revised remote learning model, as well as more details of the hybrid model we will employ when we are cleared to have students return to campus. We are committed to doing so in a safe learning environment according to the local and state health guidelines.

We remain devoted to delivering a program of high-quality education and value, and are providing even more resources and training to our faculty to bring the Maranatha experience into each of your homes.

Mr. Tim Fenderson
Principal
