Free Athletic Physicals Available Through Exer Urgent Care
Planning to participate in athletics at Maranatha next year? All student-athletes are required to have a current athletic preparticipation exam, commonly known as a physical, on file before they may participate in practices or competitions.
We are grateful to continue our partnership with Exer Urgent Care, which is once again offering free athletic physicals for Maranatha students from May 1 through August 31. To take advantage of this opportunity, families should download the Exer flier for appointment instructions and bring Maranatha’s Physical Evaluation Form to the appointment.
After the physical is completed, please submit the signed form to Maranatha’s Athletic Trainer, Ms. Synclaire Hamilton, at s_hamilton@mhs-hs.org.
Physicals are valid for one calendar year and must remain current to participate in athletics. Thank you for helping us keep our student-athletes healthy, safe, and ready to compete!
