Guidelines for Special Dress Days
We are excited for the upcoming home football games and opportunities our students will have to show their Maranatha spirit by continuing to participate in special dress days!
Below is a list of game-day themes and our Homecoming Week dress days.
Upcoming Football Game Themes and Special Dress:
- September 18 – Surf’s Up
- October 16 – Red, White & Blue
- October 30 – Pink Out
Homecoming Week Special Dress: October 12–16
Our Homecoming Week dress days will take place Tuesday through Friday:
- Tuesday, October 13 – House Colors
- Wednesday, October 14 – Jersey Day
- Thursday, October 15 – Twin Day
- Friday, October 16 – Red, White & Blue
Show your school spirit and celebrate Homecoming!
Students are encouraged to participate and have fun with each theme. All school dress code policies continue to apply on spirit days. Specific rules and regulations regarding appropriate clothing, accessories, and participation are below. Students who wish to participate in special dress days but do not follow the dress code expectations will be required to return home or have their parent/guardian bring them the proper clothes before returning to class.
- Tops: Theme of the day
- Bottoms: If choosing to wear non-uniform bottoms, pants are the only bottoms acceptable (in good condition and repair, without rips or tears)
- Logos, descriptions, and images must be appropriate
- No crop tops or spaghetti straps
- No offensive writing, logos, or branding
- Closed-toed and closed-heeled shoes are required
