Employment BOOST College Scholarship
One scholarship is open to students studying any major and is also eligible for students who are currently undecided about their course of study. The second scholarship is available to students who will major or are majoring in business or STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math).

High school students who have been accepted to college and students who are currently enrolled in a college or university are eligible to apply for the Employment BOOST college scholarship program. Additionally, the following criteria must be met for a student to be eligible to apply:
- Students must be currently enrolled in a U.S.-based high school or college. Students graduating from high school must plan to attend college during the fall semester in the same year as the application.
- Eligible colleges include two-year and four-year universities in the United States.
- Students who apply must have a minimum GPA of 3.6. Current (unofficial) transcripts must be sent with the application.
- High school students who are applying must have a letter of acceptance from the college they intend to attend. A copy of this letter must be included in the application.
- One letter of reference must be included in the application. This letter must come from one of the following sources: a current or former teacher of the student, or a current or former employer of the student.
In addition to these requirements, students applying for each scholarship must submit a 500- to 1,000-word essay. The essay requirements depend on the major the student plans on studying or is currently studying in college.
