Annual Benefit Event Volunteers Needed

Are you willing to lend a hand to make this event a huge success?

Hosting an event this big requires a lot of volunteers. Would you please consider joining the event team by volunteering to help with event set up or tear down? We need parents to help us transport items to the hotel ballroom the day before the event, and volunteers to help on the morning of the party with set up, decorating, and more. We are still seeking items for the live and silent auction! We would love to have more items that can be added to amazing gift baskets (like restaurant or entertainment gift cards, collectable items, tickets to live performances or sporting events, etc.) and would love to have another vacation home rental for the live auction. Do you (or a family member or close friend) have a beach house and would be willing to donate a week’s rental?
