Experience the Excitement of Homecoming!

We look forward to having Maranatha alumni, current and former families, teachers, and staff gather for Homecoming Weekend, October 6-8, 2022.
We can’t wait to feel the explosion of school spirit! Mark your calendars now for these events.

Homecoming weekend starts with a Virtual Alumni Homecoming Night on Thursday, October 6, 2022 starting at 5:30 pm on Zoom. This event was created primarily for alums who are unable to make it to Homecoming in-person. Email our Alumni Engagement Coordinator, Matt McNeil '09, at m_mcneil@mhs-hs.org for more information about the event and how to register.

On Friday, October 7, students and staff kick off Spirit Day with a Pep Rally in the gym at 11:45 am.

Then, at 5:00 pm, our Athletic Department will induct four new members into the Maranatha Hall of Fame. They will be honoring Cody Keith '10, Jeremy Major '13, Channon Fluker '15, and Susan & Jewel Crosby. Tickets for the dinner and ceremony may be purchased on our website HERE .

When the sun begins to set and the lights shine on The Keith Family Field, you'll want to be here for the 2022 Homecoming football game! Pre-game starts at 6:45 pm, followed by kick-off at 7:00 pm. In keeping with tradition, the 2022 Homecoming King & Queen will be crowned during a halftime ceremony.

For the game, alumni and their family are encouraged to visit their exclusive reception area - the Alumni Zone - found on the athletic field (west end zone) to check-in and receive a wristband for free admission to the game and more. There will be plenty of complimentary snacks, swag and more for our alum family. The Alumni Zone (open from 5:00-9:00) provides a field-level view of the game and is a great place to reconnect with old friends and cheer for our Minutemen.

The festivities culminate on Saturday, Oct. 8, when students walk the red carpet and dance the night away at the 2022 Homecoming Dance, to be held in the Student Center from 6:00-9:00 pm. Students may purchase their tickets HERE
