Winter Formal Tickets Now on Sale
The first school dance of the new year is only a few weeks away!
“Starry Night” is the theme for this year’s Winter Formal - a Sadies dance, which means the girls ask the guys. The dance will be held in the Student Center on Saturday, February 5, from 6:00-10:00 pm. Tickets are now available online HERE for just $30 each. Dinner will be provided by the In-N-Out truck, and attire for the dance is formal. View the amazing promo video, created by the ASB team, HERE.
What do students need in order to attend?
1. Ticket purchased through our online box office (PurplePass) HERE - $30 per student attending
2. Negative Covid test result
- Testing is provided by MHS on Feb. 3rd from 3:00-5:00 pm for ALL students (MHS and outside dates)--all MHS students are already registered.
- Outside dates must register for testing with PacTox HERE by 12:00 pm on Feb. 2nd.
- If you cannot attend testing on Thursday, you must receive a negative Covid result (PCR or antigen test) within 48 hours of the dance, and email the negative test result to Ms. Brown by Feb. 4th at 4:00 pm.
3. Dance Contract HERE signed and submitted by February 4th at 4:00 pm.
4. Outside date Dance Contract (page 2 of contract above) must be signed and given to Ms. Brown in person by Feb. 4th at 4:00 pm.
