A Successful Run for the Peanuts Gang
The final bows took place for the cast and crew of “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” as the 4-night production came to a close at Maranatha on Sunday, September 12th.
The fun and nostalgic musical, based on the famous comic strip, Peanuts, created by Charles M. Schulz, features over 20 musical numbers, including one challenging tongue-twister the audience is sure to remember. Maranatha’s production featured a cast and crew of 15 students and was performed under the stars on the Academic Center’s rooftop terrace. The unique outdoor venue was geared towards a small audience for a more personal and interactive theater experience, and allowed the production team to experiment with some creative lighting and effects.
