Ready to Shoot for the Sky?

Maranatha High School’s annual benefit event, “The Sky’s the Limit,” will be held virtually on Saturday, March 6.
The net proceeds from this year’s virtual fundraising event will support the creation of a Student Study Center. Currently, Maranatha does not have a dedicated, quiet space where students can do school work and/or study during free periods, lunch, or after school. The Study Center will be a communal space that also includes a break-out room for cooperative learning and group projects. Students will have access to charging stations for their school iPads, in addition to projection equipment for filming school projects in the break out room. The Center will not only provide students with an important place to learn and study, but it will also encourage collaborative learning.

Maranatha High School relies on the generosity of our community to make our annual event a success. Prior to the March 6th event, MHS invites you to help provide support by taking advantage of the available underwriting and sponsorship opportunities, as well as, donating goods or services to include in the silent auction, and/or making a cash donation. We are introducing another method by which you can provide pre-event support. A Wish List has been created on Amazon for each grade to create a themed package to include in the auction. The links to the Wish Lists are available on the event’s website. You will need to log onto Amazon in order to purchase items from the Wish Lists, which will then be mailed directly to MHS to be packaged for the auction.

For more information, please go to www.maranathagala.com or contact or contact Shannon Boalt, Director of Development, at (626) 817-4070 or s_boalt@mhs-hs.org.

The silent auction will launch 5-7 days prior to the March 6th event. Please stay tuned for more information as the event date approaches!
