Physical Exam Requirement for Athletes
Athletics is returning to Maranatha soon and we want all of our student-athletes to be prepared.
Maranatha parents should note that all athletes are required to turn in a pre-participation exam (physical) prior to engaging in practices. Due to Covid-19, we are unable to host physicals on campus. Please take our Pre-Participation Packet to your family doctor. If you are unable to get an appointment to see your doctor, as an alternative you might wish to contact the Arcadia Outpatient Center of CHLA at (626) 795-7177.
According to CIF policy, the school can only accept physicals from an MD or DO, not a chiropractor, physical therapist, etc. Please email all completed forms and questions to our Athletic Trainer, Alicia Vessey, at a_vessey@mhs-hs.org.
