Help Support Maranatha Family-Owned Businesses During COVID-19

The current COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us in many different ways. Financially, many small businesses are especially hard hit due to the lack of patronage caused by social distancing measures. Maranatha would like to help.
We are launching an online Business Directory for current and former MHS family-owned businesses, and are making it available to everyone in our current and alumni community. For those interested, here are the details:

OWN A SMALL BUSINESS?
  • If you are a current or former Maranatha family member that owns a small business, we would love to include your company in our new Business Directory. You simply create an account and then advertise your business. To enter your business in the directory, log on to https://mhsalumninetwork.com/. To create a simple account, click on the “company” option for the type of user. Once you are logged on, on the left side of the home page, at the bottom of the options list, click on "business directory." The next screen that comes up will show a red button on the right side that says "start posting." This is where you can enter info about your business, including your logo and the option to post special promotions for MHS supporters. For the next several weeks, we will list each of the businesses in our Minutegram eNewsletter and also post the article on our school website’s News page.
KNOW A MARANATHA FAMILY THAT OWNS A SMALL BUSINESS?
  • If you know of a Maranatha family-owned business that you think could benefit from joining the Business Directory, please encourage them to register by going to https://mhsalumninetwork.com/ (refer them to the steps above) or please email info@mhs-hs.org to provide us with the name of the business and the contact name (and contact info, if you have it) so we may reach out to them directly.

Though we plan to highlight businesses from the directory each week in the Minutegram, we also encourage our entire community to log on and view the directory themselves, as it includes more detailed info, in addition to special coupons and promotions. To access the directory, visit https://mhsalumninetwork.com/ to create your free account. Once you are logged in, look for the “business directory” link on the left side of the home page.

We hope this new Business Directory will not only provide extra support to MHS family-owned businesses but will also offer our greater Maranatha family some wonderful opportunities to interact with and support companies that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. For questions, please contact Shannon Boalt, Director of Development, at s_boalt@mhs-hs.org.
