Is Your Red Book Nearly Complete?

With the April 10 deadline on the horizon, this is a reminder to make sure your Parent Service Program (PSP) hours are completed, and your red coupon book is turned in on time. Families who have not completed the required 20 hours of service and returned the completed PSP coupon book by April 10, 2020, will be charged $500 on their May 2020 billing statement. However, families who complete their PSP hours between April 10, 2020, and May 30, 2020, and return their coupon book, will see their PSP charge reversed on their statement.
