Maranatha’s “Taco Tuesday” Fiesta Was a Great Success!

Maranatha High School’s annual Back to School Family Fiesta was a huge success with hundreds in attendance!
Last Tuesday evening’s festivities turned out to be the biggest Back to School family event in the past 10 years, attended by nearly 700 attendees that included MHS parents, students, siblings, faculty, and staff. Guests gathered on the South Lawn and enjoyed the fiesta as they ate tacos and quesadillas from Tacos Chihuahua and churros from the Minuteman Café, enjoyed live Mariachi music, took home commemorative pictures from the photo booth, and played a variety of games (corn toss, giant Connect 4, and a bounce house).

The Maranatha community came together to celebrate the new school year, with many in attendance bringing their entire family for a wonderful evening of fellowship, good food, and fun activities for all ages. This family event exists because our Head of School, John Rouse, believes in fostering community. Thank you to Mr. Rouse, our volunteers, and everyone who attended for helping make the Back to School Fiesta a huge success!
