Maranatha’s Science Bowl team, led by science teacher and team coach Mr. Girma Aleme and supported by parent volunteer and JPL Scientist Dr. Shouhua Huang, competed on January 27 in the 2018 National Science Bowl Competition, a nationwide academic competition that is designed to inspire students to pursue careers in science or math.
