Maranatha Community Welcomes Incoming Students at Fresh Start Day
Maranatha is excited to welcome the incoming Class of 2021 students and parents to Fresh Start Day on Saturday, March 25. This is an essential and exciting event for our new freshman class as they begin to identify with being part of our Maranatha family, as well as becoming the new class on campus! On this day, incoming freshmen are required to take the Math Placement test to provide information for our counselors to assist in the selection of the appropriate courses for 2017–2018. The Student Center doors will open at 8:50 a.m. Enrollment packets will be distributed for the 2017-2018 school year before we begin our program at 9:10 a.m. At the conclusion of our morning program (11:15 a.m.) lunch will be provided by In-N-Out.
Students who desire to take the Foreign Languages exam for honors placement in Spanish, French, or Mandarin, or the English Writing Exam for honors placement will be able to test starting at 12:15 p.m. Please contact Sue Lange in the Guidance Office at (626) 817-4032 to RSVP for any of these optional exams.
While students take their designated tests, parents will be able to make an appointment with our Guidance Team to schedule classes for the 2017-2018 academic year and learn about other opportunities with our sports programs and our various parent programs.
Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions at email@example.com or (626) 817-4021. We look forward to seeing our Class of 2021 on campus soon!
