1:1 iPad eLearning Program

Maranatha’s 1:1 iPad eLearning Program (one-device-per-student) equips our students with one of the most innovative tools in educational technology.  Our students utilize an iPad Mini as an integral part of their daily course curriculum.

Apple’s iPad is widely recognized as one of education’s most transformational learning tools. At a cost considerably less than a laptop, the iPad provides students and faculty with enhanced content in their digital textbooks, and well-designed educational apps that combine text, video and audio along with multi-touch controls creating an interactive learning experience.

Prior to the start of the school year, families will receive information regarding the purchase of digital textbooks and apps, and distribution.

As learning moves intentionally into the digital age, Maranatha is committed to preparing students for such demanding and exciting opportunities. Learning beyond the textbook and the walls of the classroom through the use of the electronic media is now the major focus in quality learning environments. This move to iPad mediated instruction not only prepares our students for the new learning environments they will find in the best colleges and universities, but also equips them to use cloud based resources with skill, discernment and wisdom in a supervised and facilitated environment.
